Discipline yourself: Changing habbits is hard but can be done with determination and goal setting. You need to make changes in your food intake and exercise daily. It will take time but set a goal to slowly change your habbits and aim to lose one pound weight each week by cutting out calories. The best way to cut calories is take smaller portions, eat slowly, fill up your food plate with salads, vegetables and grains.
