Proper nutrition!: Weight must always be related to height. If you are very tall, a weight of 88 may be very concerning. If you are short, however, that may be a good weight for you. Gain weight healthfully --- good nutrition and exercise. If you are not having normal periods, perhaps that weight is too low. When in doubt, get a check-up!
