MANY: What you prefer depends on the type of diet you're eating. Some people are vegan, for instance, and avoid all animal products. Meats like fish, chicken, grass-fed beef, dairy products, & eggs are prime sources. If vegan you'll want beans, lentils, non-dairy milks (coconut, almond, etc), nut butters, and tofu. All can get protein from leafy veggies like spinach, and grains like quinoa.
