Cancer cachexia solu: Unfortunately once cancer cachexia sets in, the tumor is usually very far advanced and medications usually do not help much.

Cancer cachexia: This is a challenge. Options include liquid food supplements, such as protein shakes or Ensure, egg whites, Quinoa, Yogurt, puddings. Appetite stimulants like megestrol are effective. Dose matters - raising the dose might help. Cannabis can help. Feeding tubes are a last resort, inserted at the stomach wall.
