You can help build: Muscle w/protein and burn fat w/exercise. Exercise will also help you to build muscle because we tear muscle fibers apart when exercising and when the grow back together they create more muscle mass. Peace and good health.

Protein food: Fish, egg white, skinless chicken breast, plain yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk. You must burn calories to burn fat while eating very little carb and very little fat. Stay away from saturated fats and simple refined carbs.
