Heartmath: Heartmath is a computerized program that helps promote relaxation. Guided imagery is not a game but a relaxation technique which you can also access online which is also very helpful. Physical exercise and/or yoga help relieve anxiety. If these do it yourself remedies do not work, consult your doctor.

Online anxiety game: That uses proven biofeedback technology & can be used off line as well can be found at www.Wilddivine.Com. Heartmath (www.Heartmath.Com) products, that were already mentioned by a previous doctor, are sophisticated, reputable biofeedback technology but are not in a game format. They require more extensive training to use well. For professional guidance, go to www.Bcia.Org and www.Aapb.Org.
