?peripheral sciatica: Much has been written on this site about piriformis syndrome causing sciatic nerve compression, and your description is consistent. Also, might suffer sacroiliac problems. Suggest you seek out an osteopathic physician, get both evaluated and treated. You may have anxiety, but that is not causing your buttock and leg issues.
