Depends: Hiv can present with acute retroviral syndrome, which is your standard cold/viral picture (fever, rash, enlarged lymph nodes). If not caught then, it becomes a slow, progressive decline in immune system function, and often is detected only in the late stages with presence of severe opportunistic infections. If you are concerned, go get checked! you can lead a normal life if positive and treated.

Nothing specific: There are no specific symptoms associated specifically with acute retroviral infection. If you fear you have been exposed the thing to do is to go and get tested. Be more frightened not to know than to be sure. This is treatable with early detection. You can be seen and tested confidentially. Please go now. Chances are you will be negative.
