Lab tests for HIV are 100% reliable at 80 days, and symptoms never are reliable: innumerable medical conditions cause identical symptoms as HIV infectsion. And oral sex is almost zero risk anyway. Believe your test results: you definitely do not have HIV. See your doctor if symptoms persist that concern you.
