Chronic Candidiasis: See a gynecologist. You may have developed UTI because swelling of the labia due to the yeast infection has produced what we call physiologic urinary obstruction and subsequent infection. Chronic yeast infections can be successfully managed by a knowledgeable doctor, and most gynecologists are very good at this.
