I am an 18 year old girl who's dreading having to go on the candida diet to cure my overgrowth symptoms? is there any way to cure it without diet?

Sorry but not really: Few people enjoy going on a candida diet but it's impossible to treat well without a proper diet. Think of candida as a fire simmering in your intestines. Taking antifungals is like pouring water on the fire, but continuing to eat sweets is like pouring gas on the fire- you can't put it out if you keep fueling it. But you can use sweeteners like xylitol & stevia, and it's temporary- see comment:
