Symptoms: Yeast usually causes discharge and/or itching. Bladder infections usually cause frequent urination and burning with urination.

Urinalysis + swab: Both may show up in the urine. Urine culture could reveal which it is. Yeast will tend to cause a whitish vaginal discharge and UTI will not. Vaginal swab can detect yeast immediately if checked by microscopy.
