None: I don't have my patients abstain from cycling at all. However, if they were to have and event which falsely elevated the psa it would take 5 half-lifes, for psa that would be about 15 days after the insult for the psa to normalized.

At least 24 hours: The last study suggested abstaining from bicycling for several days, but definitely at least 24 hours before your psa test.
