Not symptomatic: as a rule. Occasionally presents with blood in urine. Might notice some slowing down of urinary strew. Quite reasonable to get PSA tested in view of both age & concern. Symptoms most likely those on Diabetic Neuropathy. Your Dr. can order the PSA & perform a digital rectal examination.

For 6 I've had prostate issues even had biopsy at 39 PSA was 3.9 test was neg. The last two years PSA .7 with free PSA 26%. Still symptomatic some days worse than others. Worried Drs missed cancer.
