Gilbert's Disease: This diagnosis means that your liver may be very sensitive. Aspirin, if they are hard on any organ that would be the stomach and the kidneys. Aspirin is not hard on the liver. The common alternative to Aspirin is tylenol (acetaminophen) or acetominophen. This is the product that you must avoid if you have a sensitive liver.
