Good afternoon doctors. I have a history of high bilirubin for over 24 years which my gastroenterologist attributes to Gilberts Syndrome. I also have eGFR of 56..how do I know if it is Gilberts or chronic kidney disease?
I have had two blood tests recently, one measured bilirubin level of 25, indicating Gilberts, and one today measured 21. Is 21 high?
Bilirubin 2.5, direct . 8. Cbc normal , liver tests normal , ultra sound normal . Excellent health. Does this sound like gilbert's ?
Can gilberts disease cause high ALT 78 and AST 50 and bilirubin 1.2 ?Diagnosed with fatty liver in july. Had us done in jan it showed little fat.
