Wrist fracture : Everything takes longer. The pain will get better - continue icing program on daily basis. Elevate hand on pillow at might to reduce swelling. Showers, eating, dressing and all activities if daily living will take longet.

See previous ans.: You just have to hang in there, it will heal and you can put this behind you. Cut yourself some slack and realize you can't do everything you normally do with the cast on.
