I fractured my wrist about 5 weeks ago and have been in a brace. doc said to start using the brace less and also begin physical therapy. can i sleep without the brace?

I wouldn't : The random movements you may make during sleep may adversly effect your healing. I would not sleep with it off until your doc says you can.
