Neuropathy: It sounds like you have a nerve problem with possible neuropathy. See a neurologist for evaluation.

Likely have a : Radiculoipathy from your back. You can see an orthopedist or neurologist. (emg/ncv testing may be helpful in finding the root of the problem.).

Not veins: I agree with drs. Kass and beresh, this sounds as though it is far more likely to be related to nerves than veins. I would follow their recommendation as to who to see and what to do.
