Gout??, Inflammatory arthritis (Rheumatoid, SLE)??, arterial insufficiency??, If present for 3-4 days, see if it passes by itself. If present for 3-4 weeks, see a Podiatrist

Many night pains in the feet have to do either with circulation or the nervous system. It is important to see a Podiatrist to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
