Yes: I do not believe that there are any documented cases of stevia toxicity to the liver.

Unknown: Because stevia is eliminated via liver deconjugation, to the extent that this pathway is compromised by cirrhosis would argue against stevia's safety. Caution is advised and discussion with a gastroenterologist is appropriate.
