Yes and no: Fentanyl is a long acting pain medication. Each patch lasts for 72 hours. If it is not holding you, you may need to increase the dose to 100mcg. Percocet is for breakthrough pain. If you are taking Percocet regularly several times a day, you need to increase your fentanyl dose.

Talk to your doc: Talk to your doctor before combining these medications. If fentanyl stopped working then you may have developed tolerance but you should defined not increase your dose or combine with other narcotics or any other drugs that gave sedation as a side effect without expert medical advice. Playing doctor for yourself could be fatal with these medications!
