Most likely: Fentanyl will most likely show up as a positive test for opioids on a 12 panel urine drug screen. The panel does not have a specific test for fentanyl in the panel, but fentanyl is an opioid. There is a specific for oxycodone on the test that should be positive in someone taking Percocet. It is strongly recommended that a person be completely honest about what drugs have been used prior to test
