Yes: Spend more time studying, with time it will give positive results. Always try to catch enough sleep. If you think you have learning disability discuss with your doctor, get tested. There are medications available if diagnosis is confirmed.

Sleep!: Studies suggest that sleeping after studying helps us retain our studied material better (http://www.Examiner.Com/article/studying-right-before-sleep-best-for-remembering-test-material). If there's any possibility of add/adhd (there are many online questionnaires), go see your family doc for evaluation & treatment. Also make sure your eyesight & hearing are good. Good luck! ps stay away from weed.
