Remember your dreams: We dream multiple times during our periods of sleep. One of the best ways I have found to recall one's dreams is to keep a notebook and pen by your bedside. As soon as you wake up, think about what you might have dreamed, and write down some brief words or phrases or significant images/events that occured in the dream. This will help trigger your memory of the dream later on.
