Inappropriate: But it would be very unprofessional and inappropriate for him/her to have not used gloves. I consider that unlikely, but if he/she did not, you should not return to that doctor, and consider reporting him/her to the state medical board. Nevertheless, despite the creepiness, it's not likely to have given you an infection or other harm.
