Why does my vision blur when i workout? i eat a balanced diet everyday. ever since i can remember. everytime i exert extremely. my eyes get blurry. i always thought it was normal until i read an article about it. i have astigmatism as well.

Ophthalmologist : Input is needed, you want to see an ophthalmologist, not an optometrist, for evaluation, ask your doctor for referral. Checking the back of your eyes as well measuring eyes' pressure is important, all can still be normal, but need to be checked given the symptoms, best wishes
