A few things: I would recommend trying to get plenty of sleep, eat a nice sized breakfast that includes protein and some fruit. Try doing some form of exercise to keep your stress levels down. It's mainly about good sleep, good diet, and some exercise. If you can get a study group so that you can discuss what you think the answer may be and make sure that you fully understand the subject.
