Get it biopsied: A persitant and enlarging lymph node should be biopsied. I could possibly be a cancer. Your risk is higher if you are a smoker.

Neck lump: You should have it checked out it could be a lymph node or it could be something else even if it is a lymph node, the fact that it's getting larger is potentially meaningful.

Worrisome?: A lymphnode that changes or enlarges is very concerning. Duration is concerning. My advice is to get it checked out. It most likely should be biopsied. There are some bad reasons that lymph nodes in the neck swell and enlarge. Don't chance it! get chcked. See pcp, ent, surgeion, oncologist.
