Continue workup: Your physician will continue the work up to figure out what is going. S/he has the advantage of knowing much more about onset and relationships between the various symptoms and findings, your age and risk factors, etc. I suspect some imaging (ct scan or PET scan) will be done soon and possibly even biopsy. Do not delay in getting any of the tests done.
