Based on your age plus size, duration, and location of your swollen lymph nodes, most likely this is not cancer or HIV. Your PCP can perform a history and examination and arrange for labs and imaging if needed to help find out what is going on though. This is a common condition that they evaluate so they would love to help you out with this.

If you have not lost or had long term fever, you need not worry about the lymph nodes. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
