Discuss with doctors: Many patients with crohn's go through pregnancy and childbirth successfully. Consult with your gastroenterologist and obstetrician before planning your pregnancy if at all possible. Their advice will help you to evaluate the risks related to your crohn's meds, as well as any risks regarding vaginal delivery.
