Diet and exercise: If you are nursing your infant that relationship will melt the weight right off. If not, there are no "silver bullets" for weight loss. It requires a concerted effort to change your lifestyle. Water (minimum 64 oz. Per day), salads, fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats (dropping the carbs - our body doesn't need them especially at the end of a day) and moderate exercise is the only way to go.
