Not as much: Affect on baby as having your crohn's getting out of control. Take your meds and keep your crohn's stable during the pregnancy. This is what is best for you and your baby.

No: The biggest effect on your baby will be the control of your Crohn's disease during your pregnancy. There are actually very few Crohn's medications that will affect the baby.
