Not likely: In general, crohn's disease does not cause problems with a developing fetus, although the stress of pregnancy can cause some issues for the mom (although many autoimmune conditions seem to improve during pregnancy!). However, if you are on medications for crohn's they can cause some trouble as many are very powerful - steroids, immune modifying drugs, etc. I am sure your physician can give answers.
