Nonspecific: Could be that you have problem with neck arthritis resulting in secondary tension headache, but you may instead have a sinus or dental problem contributing to your symptoms. Cannot exclude other intracranial issues, and, thus, if this is progressing and interfering with daily activities, get an appt with your doctor.
