Go to PCP: It could be to a number of things. They usually general tests at the er to try to pinpoint what is causing pain and alleviate pain unless they spot something serious and call in specific specialists for further consultation. The expectation is to follow up with your own doctor should the problems persist and get more definitive treatment.
