Tension headache: Evening neck pain and headache is fairly common in individuals who work on computer terminals. It is associated with abnormal neck posture. Another consideration is your work environment. Are there any allergens, dust, fragrance or other factors that may be causing nasal congestion and tension headache. Attention to posture & allergens may resolve it.
