I had my gallbladder removed aprox. 3 years ago, and every time i eat I have to go to the bathroom. I have no clue what is going on.?

Diarrhea?: After the gallbladder is removed the bile flows into the intestine on a continual basis. This causes irritation and frequent trips to bathroom. I recommend my patients to adhere to a low fat diet for 4-6 weeks after gallbladder surgery to give the body a chance to adapt to lack of gall bladder.

MULTIPLE CHOICE: I have to assume you are having upper abdominal symptoms. There's a slight chance there could be a retained stone in the bile duct. Other possibilities could be peptic ulcer disease, pancreatitis, or gastroesophageal reflux disease. See your doctor, and prepare to give a thorough history of your symptoms. You may need further lab work and/or endoscopy. Good luck.

Can be: Most people have diarrhea after eating fatty foods once their gall bladder is removed. Some people will be constipated. It is simply how your body reacts to urn digested fat.
