Call your physician: Vomiting and diarrhea of two weeks duration is very concerning to me. You could get seriously dehydrated or worse. These may be symptoms of pregnancy, a viral infection or other more complex underlying cause. Once you get the vomiting and diarrhea under control, make an appointment with your dentist asap.

See an MD or dentist: It is possible the abcessed tooth is bad enuf to cause your other problems. An infection is an infection regardless of location. So choose your order and get both things looks at. My advice tho is to see a dentist isn't and get your abcessed tooth fixed or removed and see if the others go away.

DDS and MD! asap: You have three serious symptoms. See a dentist and have that tooth either treated or extracted and see a physician for the vomiting and diarrhea. See both asap! why are you waiting?
