Multiple problems: Teething can be quite painful, especially when erupting 3 teeth at once. But the GI symptoms (diarrhea/vomiting) are a dehydration concern, and are not caused by teething. May be virus. Please: 1. Call pediatrician for exam to address GI problems, meanwhile hydrate 2. Call pediatric dentist for 1st exam. Pedodontist can help with teething problem. Don't wait 'till 2-3, go now please.
