No is short answer: It is an anatomic physical defect, so no medicine will cure it. Also, it might have a hernia along with it, so you should have surgery. It is an operation that can be done under IV anesthesia as outpatient, so go for it. It is a simple cure.

No natural cure, but: Hydrocele will usually not go away by itself. Hydrocelectomy, a surgery, is the way of choice to get rid of it for symptoms or embarrassment. See doc for detail timely.
