HYDROCELE: It can be drained but there is a high risk of recur. And low but real risk of infection. There are some medicines that can repalce the fluid in it but they are not readily avail. In the U.S.

No natural cure...: At times, the size and tension of hydrocele may fluctuate, but it will never cure and disappear naturally. So, surgery is the choice of care if ridding it is your goal. Occasionally, recurrent hydrocele may happen if surgery is not done properly to avoid fluid collection inside a space surrounded with a part of its lining. Ask doc for detail timely.
