Eat healthy: Cut out foods like pasta, bread, sweetened drinks and cereals, candy and milk chocolate, cakes, crackers, pretzels, potato chips, pizza, hamburgers, french fries, pancakes, muffins, fruit drinks, doughnuts, dairy and eat lots of vegetables, fruits, beans, lentils, seeds, nuts, and wild fish like salmon and drink unsweetened almond milk. Plus you should exercise at least 45 minutes every day.
