Just exercise: The main thing is to exercise and not to put pressure on digestion and heart is not eat then exercise right after.Wait at least 2 hours.To lose weight though cut out down carbohydrates and increase good fats and proteins.It is the sugars that put weight on people.There is alot of hidden sugars in bread,milk,pasta,pizza,etc. Uk.atkins.com

Agree with Dr. K: Exercise when you have time. Exercising is far more important than when you exercise. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
