See Ped cardiologist: Bicuspid aortic valve is probably a coincidental finding in this case as it doesn't cause fast heart rate. However the valve can become stenotic (obstructive) or leaky, and there maybe other associated problems such as aortic arch abnormality or enlargement of the aortic root, so you will need eval and f/u w a peds cardiologist. Restrictions are based on presence or absence of assoc. Findings.
