If stress test and : 2d echocardiogram negative then possibility of heart condition very low. Other possibilities of chest pain like chest wall pain including costochondritis, gerd causing esophageal spasm, anxiety attacks, etc. Continue with your doctor care. Sometimes making a diagnosis from a group of symptoms and signs is like a detective work. Good luck.

Chest pain: Chest pain in a 33y/o isn't terribly likely to be cardiac related. More likely some chest wall or gastointestinal issue. Ask your dr. What the dr. Thinks is the cause of your symptom.
