Ultrasound with stf mi echo stress i am suppose to get this test done for my heart. can anyone explain to me what this exactly means? am not able to speak to my doctor today. thank you?

A stress test that combines a treadmill test combined with an ultrasound of the heart is termed a stress echo by MD's.. It compares the echocardiogram taken at rest with the echocardiogram done during exercise to determine whether there's any abnormalities of the circulation through the coronary arteries that could be due to blockage or blockages in the arteries. Heart muscle strength is seen also
