If i have had heart echo and stress test can i still have a heart problem? i exercise and get a faint feeling and only 37 doc says to load up on fluid and salt but i get scared to exercise bc i fear hearty disease

Fear of heart diseas: If you have been checked by a cardioloogist and told you are free of heart disease then the fear of heart disease becomes a significant problem and can cause symptoms. Talking with a psychologist or reading about getting over fears (phobia) will help you. This is a common problem--look for support groups concerning getting over fears.
