Not really: Although a heart rate of 49 is technically bradycardic (low heart rate), it is not unusual for people who are healthy to achieve low heart rates like this while at rest. If you feel well while at this heart rate, there is little to be concerned about.

Probably not: Meditation relaxes you, and relaxation slows your heart rate. If you had no symptoms at that heart rate, it is not too slow for you.

Not abnormal at all: Resting (meditating) hr in the 40's is completely normal.
